Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ReplyShelf, a Google Workspace add-on designed to help users create, manage, share, and insert reusable email response templates.
1. Use of ReplyShelf
You may use ReplyShelf for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the templates, content, and Google Sheets that you create, edit, share, or use through ReplyShelf.
2. Google account access
ReplyShelf requires authorization to access certain Google services in order to provide its features. You control whether to grant or revoke those permissions through your Google account.
Your use of Google services through ReplyShelf is also subject to the applicable Google terms and policies.
3. Personal and team templates
Personal templates are intended for the individual user who creates them. Team templates may be shared with other users through a team library stored in Google Sheets.
You are responsible for choosing who receives access to shared team resources and for ensuring that you have permission to share any content placed in those resources.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ReplyShelf to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another person's account, templates, files, or data.
- Use ReplyShelf in a way that violates Google's applicable terms or policies.
5. Your content
You retain responsibility for the content you create and store using ReplyShelf. ReplyShelf does not claim ownership of your email templates or team-library content.
6. Availability and changes
ReplyShelf may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may also depend on the continued availability of Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, Google APIs, and other Google services.
7. No guarantee of uninterrupted service
ReplyShelf is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts may be made to keep the service functioning, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReplyShelf and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Users are responsible for reviewing email content before sending it. ReplyShelf does not independently send email on a user's behalf simply because a template is inserted into a draft.
9. Privacy
Use of ReplyShelf is also governed by the ReplyShelf Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as ReplyShelf's features, business model, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
11. Contact
A support contact will be provided in the ReplyShelf Google Workspace Marketplace listing before public launch.
